Overview
We process personal data only as far as this is needed to run this website and to handle your requests and jobs. We use no advertising services and no social media plugins; to count visits we use a statistics tool that runs on our own server (see "Visitor statistics" below). Fonts and all other files of this website are loaded from our own server.
This website does not set cookies for visitors.
For security, this website uses TLS encryption. You can tell by the lock symbol and "https://" in the address bar of your browser.
Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by:
Task Home
taskhome.de
We have a data processing agreement with this provider (Art. 28 GDPR).
Each time a page is opened, the server automatically stores in log files: the IP address, date and time, the page opened, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system. We need this data to run the website securely and to detect attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not combined with other data and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose.
Visitor statistics
To see which pages are used and how visitors find our website, we count visits with Burst Statistics. The tool runs on our own web server; no data goes to Burst or to other companies. We store which pages are opened and for how long, how far they are scrolled, the website you came from, the type of browser, operating system and device, and the country the visit comes from. The country is looked up on our server from your IP address; the IP address itself is not stored.
Burst sets no cookie and creates no fingerprint of your device. Visits are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day, so you are not recognised on a later day. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you can object at any time.
Quote requests
When you request a quote through our form, we store the service you chose with your details for it, your postcode, your preferred day and time, your name, phone number and e-mail address, your message and any photos or plans you add. When we arrange a visit or a job with you, we also store your address and the agreed dates. We use this data to answer your request, give you a price, arrange appointments and carry out the job (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We keep requests until the job is finished and invoiced. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer, for example invoices under commercial and tax law (up to ten years).
To keep out spam, your browser solves a small calculation while you fill in the form. No cookies are set for this and no data goes to other companies. To limit misuse, we store a one-way checksum (hash) of your IP address for one hour (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
E-mails and appointments
After your request you receive a confirmation by e-mail. Appointments we agree with you are sent by e-mail with a calendar file.
For sending and receiving e-mails we use the following providers, with whom we have data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR):
husseinedlibi@gmail.com
Contact by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
If you call us or write to us, we use your details to deal with your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a job, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our website links to WhatsApp. No data goes to WhatsApp until you click such a link. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to the messages you write there. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, call us or send an e-mail.
Your rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), deleted (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). Just write to us at the address or e-mail above.
You can also complain to a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Ludwig-Erhard-Straße 22, 20459 Hamburg.
